Email is the only channel. There is no contact form — a form needs a backend to receive it, and this site deliberately has none; every tool runs in your browser.
Response time
JR Toolkits is maintained by one person. Every message is read and answered as soon as possible, but no fixed response time is guaranteed.
What to write about
- Bug reports — please include the input that reproduces it. Tools run in your browser, so we cannot see your data and cannot reproduce anything without a sample.
- New tool suggestions — what you need and what it should solve.
- Business and advertising enquiries.
- Copyright and DMCA — please include the URL of the disputed content.
Before you write
- Does my data leave the browser — see About and the privacy policy. Short answer: no, there is no server to receive it.
- My saved items are gone — saves live in the browser’s
localStorage. Switching device or browser, or clearing site data, removes them, and we cannot recover them. - Ads and cookies — see the advertising section of the privacy policy.
